A nice touch to mention the Pardelote, as it is a rare species of bird living on Bruny Island.
The Café is fully licensed and stocked with Tassie wines and beers. The menu consists of light bites such as smashed avo, sautéed mushrooms and a variety of yummy breakfast crepes and croissants. We also have freshly shucked oysters from Cloudy Bay plus meat and cheese boards where you can sample some smoked salmon, trout and wallaby – smoked right here on Bruny. For dessert you can sample our sweet crepes, Nutella, strawberries, ice cream and even a timtam crepe. There is a yummy selection of cakes to accompany your Villino speciality coffee, roasted just south of Hobart.
The cafe is open 8.30-4pm everyday (closed Wednesdays in summer, and Wed and Tues in winter season).
